The oil keeps the right fuel and it starts to pull first. Please be sure to change the oil within 50 hours. Make sure it’s at least 4 ’’ from your exhaust and if your floor is sensitive to heat, it’s best to keep it slightly away from the ground. It’s not bad but I can put my empty food in the concrete where it goes all day. Didn't burn me but just saying if it's a linoleum or plastic floor it could be different.

Pulsar G2319N – Portable Inverter Generator my 100th hour is running for 4 days and it has more energy than expected. Check the compatible generators listed in the specifications of the magnetic dipsticks. These things work great, by the way. Next, the best thing is to have an oil filter on your engine. Mine removed about a thimble-full of metal shavings while doing the break-in. It's gasoline. 1203 no-lead. Common vernacular in the US is 'gas'.

One of them (PowerMate 2000i) was purchased at Walmart in December 2017 for 488.00 in tax plus warranty. Out the door at a slightly higher price of $ 550.00. Many comparative models are owned and this is the best. Never bought Honda or Yamaha because of the price. After buying from Walmart, my thoughts were the same. "Okay, let's try the Pulsar G2319N – Portable Inverter Generator and see how it goes." Fingers are always crossed.

Ran this little bugger 24/7 for almost 100 days minus time for oil changes, valve adjustment, etc...before the Pulsar arrived. (Powermate still runs perfectly @ more than 1500hrs) So happy with Powermate, I decided to buy the Pulsar w/o warranty at a cheaper price thru Amazon ($430.00) w/ parallel cord ($100). Don't really need the extra amperage but who knows. So tickled with the performance, I decided what the heck.

For the price of a Honda, you can get 2 of these puppies, the parallel cord, and some change back. The biggest problem I have with all of these units is the pull cord can easily chafe and snap. Not a lot of fun when it breaks. But not a deal-breaker either. This is why I refuel it while it's running to alleviate additional pull starts. To refuel, I use an outboard motor hose with dual-in-line filters and nonethanol 90 octane fuel.

Never spill a drop but Not Manufacturer Recommended !!! Please be careful while fueling anything!! Using 15 gallons/week in eco mode. I live on a boat and my normal electrical use is 5-7 amps/ hr unless I'm cooking. Pulsar G2319N – Portable Inverter Generator units are well built, really easy to work on, and really easy on the ears. Have not experienced one electrical part failure. As long as these are available, I will never buy another.

I always use Mobile 1 synthetic oil and change it every 4 days. (100 hrs) An oil change is super easy. I use a West Marine hand pump oil extractor. Add 12 ounces @ 15 degree tilt. Takes 5 minutes. The only difference between this unit and the Powermate besides color is that Powermate has nice covers for the 110 v outlets and USB ports. Pulsar unit does not. Not sure if this is worth the extra $50 bucks or not.

Probably not. Also, because these are run 24/7 in the harsh marine environment, they are secured in a weatherproof soundbox with air intake cowlings to protect against rain and saltwater spray. You won't be disappointed. Just remember, as with any engine, "Use it or Lose it".This is a really smooth-running quiet generator for less than half the cost of a comparable Honda. Once I broke it in it never failed once hardly ever operated in the higher RPM mode.

I especially like the 5-volt USB outlet and the cigarette lighter Outlet. Pulsar G2319N – Portable Inverter Generator comes with a battery charging cable that plugs into that and I discovered that the charging circuit works very well. It charged up my battery almost overnight. If I needed another one I would certainly get one just like it. I had to let it run all night one night due to my trailer battery dying. I connected the charging cable and even in a quiet environment, I didn't get any complaints about noise.

It's just a really nice generator at a great price. Highly recommended. This thing is great. I take it in my 6'x 8' hunting trailer to power microwave and a griddle for cooking in the woods. It runs quiet and has several 120-volt receptacles and a 12 volt in case you need to jump your truck battery, a real benefit if you're in the middle of nowhere with a dead battery. I have used it at home to power my TV, cable box, internet router, and several lights when the power was out so I could watch TV until the power came back on.

Mine removed about a thimble-full of metal shavings while doing the break-in. It's gasoline. 1203 no-lead. Common vernacular in the US is 'gas'. While not technically accurate, it is well-understood. When referring to a fuel source gasoline in a liquid state is often called gas.
