This is the first GERYON E2900-MS Vacuum Sealer Machine we have purchased. I'm not a big reader so I took time to look for a tutorial online that was a huge help.
If you follow a few simple directions it works flawlessly almost every time however sometimes you do have to stop it and realign but that's to be expected and just restart with no trouble. I've tried numerous models of Food Saver but just could not bring myself to pay that type of money and wanted to try a more budget-friendly option and this was the one for us and has not let us down yet.
I have yet to try the canister part of this but I'm sure it works wonderfully. Kitchen appliances like this usually intimidate me. . . don't let this machine do that to you! It's honestly so easy to set up and use. After five-ish minutes of looking over the booklet and features, I was ready to roll! The role of bags that can be customized to any size is ideal for larger bulkier items.
I was able to fit three salmon filets with room to spare. Which will help save room in my freezer. I like that GERYON E2900-MS Vacuum Sealer Machine has a simple button and options. There is an option for wet/dry and gentle/normal to accommodate all food types. You would recommend this to anyone looking for a vacuum sealer that doesn't want the hassle of some bulky complicated machine. You can't beat the price!

I went to a store to look at GERYON E2900-MS Vacuum Sealer Machine and was amazed at how much they wanted for the brand-name sealers. I ordered a cheaper unit from Best product review. The delivery was fast as the sealer arrived the next day. When I opened the box I was surprised at how well it looked. However, I had never seen a sealer before that you could spin on a marble countertop.
As I was looking at the unit discovered that the bottom was warped so much I could use this as a spinner. I contacted Amazon return and had a replacement sent. The next morning I returned the defective unit via the agreed procedure and received the replacement unit later that day. WOW! what speedy service. I put the new GERYON Vacuum Sealer to work to see what it does.
With the expectation that a clone device may not work like a Food Saver product, I put the GERYON E2900-MS Vacuum Sealer Machine to the test. This unit for the price is pretty well built and the buttons are touch-sensitive and very responsive. The included sealer bags are enough to get you started which is a nice feature to help get acquainted with the sealing processes.
My first few bags did not seal properly until I inset the bags farther into the unit. Once I got the hang of how things work the process was easier and quicker. The vacuum air levels are sufficient for my needs at this point and have not presented an issue for me. If you are uncertain as to what to do if you are looking for a Vacuum Sealer as a beginner definitely give this once a try as everything you need is in the box ready to go.
You simply cannot afford to not give this a try as you do get a lot of bang for the buck in the box. I also freeze soup/broth in the 1 cup molds then vacuum seal each block to store in the freezer. The vacuum-sealed bags are easy to store and take up less room than containers in the freezer. The frozen food does not have freezer burn.
My freezer now has a lot more space and everything from vacuum-sealing and labeling all the food is neatly organized. I like that you can separate the GERYON E2900-MS Vacuum Sealer Machine and wash the bottom part where the liquid is collected. You just need to be careful not to touch the hot strip at the top when you lift for opening. This vacuum sealer does not have a pulse button, however, there are settings for wet/dry and normal/mild.
The other buttons are vac/seal or seal only and stop. The buttons are touch-sensitive so sometimes I do accidentally activate the machine. The GERYON E2900-MS Vacuum Sealer Machine is light and compact. Easy to store and does not take up a lot of room. It does not have a bag storage compartment or a built-in bag cutter. The roll I usually buy would be too big to fit into the storage compartment anyway.
The vacuum sealer machine works as described. This is pretty easy to use. It took a couple of tries to get the correct bag size ( I bought the roll where you cut your own size bag) but once I figured this out it was a breeze. I had several items of beef and chicken in the freezer that were probably going to get freezer burn so I re-packaged them using the vacuum sealer.

Product update :
The company emailed me directly and sent me a new machine free of charge and seems to be working fine now. Didn't have to send the broken one back and mess with all the shipping. Seals appear to be holding now and I have sealed several items. Great customer support! Seals do not seem to hold. I packaged multiple items and when I went back to look in my freezer, the seal failed on a couple of them.
